If the other device touches the ball, the ball will drop the center of gravity hook and the weight will move and the ball will rise to the other device.

'Moving ball Switch' Principle of Science
Gravity : The force by which objects on the earth are drawn toward the center of the earth.
Inertia : The force by which objects on the earth are drawn toward the center of the earth.
Potential energy by gravity : The property of an object trying to continue in a state of stationary or constant motion unless it is subject to external forces.
Centrifugal force : The force that acts from the center to the outside when an object performs a circular motion.
1 step. Make a body
① Fold the main body along the fold line.
② Align the three grooves in the body and secure them with snap buttons.
2 step. Make weight fixed boards
① Fold the weight fixed board along the fold line.
② Align the three grooves on both sides and secure with snap button.
③ Put two weight washers overlap into the fixing board as shown in the figure and fix them with snap buttons (long).
3 step. Make a hook fixing board
① Fold the fixing board along the fold line.
② After assembling the fixing board, fix it with snap button.
4 step. Make a center of gravity ring
① Place the center of gravity washers on each side of the center of gravity hook and secure them with snap buttons (long).
5 step. Make a rods fixed board
① Fold the rod fixed board along the fold line.
② Align the three grooves of the rods fixed board and secure them with snap buttons.
③ Insert the transparent rod into the rod fixed board and fix it with the black rubber ring.
6 step. Connect the body and rods fixed board
① Connect the assembled rods fixed board to the groove on the upper part of the body and fix the transparent rod with the black rubber ring.
② Insert two long transparent rods into the grooves of the rods fixed board.
7 step. Complete the moving ball
① Insert the completed weight fixed board into the short side of the transparent rod.
② The weight position should be installed slightly away from the center when it touches the body as shown in the picture.
③ Install the hook fixed board in the middle of the long transparent rod as shown in the picture.
④ Install the ball fixed board in front of the transparent rod as shown in the illustration.
8 step. Try moving balls
① Place the ball on the hook fixed board. Adjust the position of the hook fixed board so that the ball moves up smoothly.
*Adjust the hook fixing board position and if it doesn't work, adjust the transparent rod back and forth.
② Place the ball on the ball fixed board and hang the center of gravity hook on the hook fixed board.
③ Touch the ball with your hands.
*As the center of gravity hook falls, the transparent rod moves and the ball moves up.
9 step. Connect the Goldberg device
① Install and operate a two-stage rail next to the moving ball switch and observe the movement.
② As you move the ball, the center of gravity hook drops and the ball rises onto the two-stage rail.
